Volta sits right along the Sheikh Zayed Road between Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Once again, DAMAC will create an architectural masterpiece in the middle of the city in partnership with global architects; Gensler.

The building will focus on fitness and wellbeing, with some of the best wellness inspired amenities and facilities in the city located across 3 levels. Volta will include 60 levels with 1-4-bedroom apartments, including 1-2-bedroom luxury apartments and 3 & 4-bedroom Super Luxury units that will be located across the higher floors.

The futuristic residences in Volta all come with a balcony or a terrace that will look out across the rest of the cityscape. Interiors will be mainly different shades of grey with lots of shiny and reflective surfaces complimented by pops of colour, including yellow and blues. Bathrooms will continue the grey and futuristic theme with neon blue track lighting and yellow glass basins.

There will be porcelain tile flooring throughout all living spaces and bedrooms in luxury apartments and marble flooring in the super luxury units, and all kitchens and bathrooms will come with stone countertops.
