Emaar The Valley currently consists of 6 subcommunities called Nara, Elora, Eden, Orania, Farm Gardens and Talia. The newest addition to the master development is Rivana, which will include semi-detached villas that come with spacious gardens. The 3-5-bedroom 3-level villas come in 2 similar design style called Clara and Kai, that are both inspired by modern architecture.

The project will sit south-east of the masterplan which will be next to the exit to Dubai Al Ain Road. Residents of Rivana will have their own community amenities, as well as access to the Golden Beach and the Central Park.

There will be two design styles for semi-detached villas called Clara and Kai. Clara villas will have modern architecture and Kai villas will have a sleek and curved design, inspired by contemporary architecture. Floor-to-ceiling windows, including those in the bedrooms, will look out onto the surrounding greenery and all living spaces will be open-plan. Interiors will make the most of natural materials and muted tones that will reflect the natural surroundings of the villas.
