Five-bedroom farmhouses will be designed in a European style, reminiscent of the meadows of the Netherlands and Belgium, and six-bedroom farmhouses will come with enormous plots, inspired by the majestic homes found in North America.
The additional land plots can be converted into fully-equipped horse stables, flower gardens, an animal barnyard, a sunken firepit, or maybe a VIP outdoor cinema, hydroponic farm, or any other Wild West amenities the buyer would like to enjoy.
