Rixos Residences will sit on Dubai Islands and create a ‘cove’ of exquisite residences and the hotel itself. The resort complex will consist of Beach Residences, Rixos Dubai Island Resort, Villa Residences and Bay Residences. The 8-storey buildings will include branded but unfurnished 1-3-bedroom apartments and just two exclusive 4-bedroom duplexes.

There will also be 2 & 3-bedroom beach houses and just 10 standalone villas with direct beach access. Every single residence will come with its own terrace that will look out onto either the sea/beach, the community gardens or the rest of the island.
