This project will take the title of ‘The World’s Tallest Residential Tower’ and will sit just outside of Business Bay, alongside the SLS and The Paramount Hotel. The beautiful +100-storey project, which is in partnership with the luxury jewellery and watches brand; Jacob & Co will house incredible 2-3BR residences and stunning single level and two-storey penthouses with 4, 5 and 7 bedrooms.
At the top of the tower will be ‘The Crown’ which will be an elegant crystal-like crown, emulating Jacob & Co’s renowned finely-carved gems in the sky. Two and three-bedroom residences will be part of The Sapphire Suite Collection and The Emerald Suite Collection.
All 2 and 3-bedroom residences in the building will be branded by Jacob & Co and will have dark features throughout, like dark wooden or black eucalyptus parquet flooring and wardrobe panels, contrast with light stone calacatta marble and brushed brass.
