Karina Erokhina, originally from Turkmenistan, pursued her higher education at the Shanghai Institute of Technology, where she majored in Visual Communication Design. Her creative background laid a strong foundation for a career defined by vision, precision, and attention to detail.
Karina began her journey in the real estate industry in 2019 in Turkey. After gaining valuable experience, she moved to Dubai a year later, where she worked with some of the leading companies in the market. Her exposure to diverse clients and dynamic market conditions helped her develop a deep understanding of the industry and sharpen her ability to deliver personalized, high-quality service.
On August 13, 2023, Karina co-founded Winvest, a boutique real estate firm built on the principles of trust, dedication, and tailored service.
